I have a boundary dispute with my neighbor, what should I do? If the dispute is less than a foot or so, it may be more costly to hire a surveyor than it's worth. If the disputed area is large, have a surveyor do a topographic survey to show the encroaching features (such as walls, fences etc.) If this will end up in court then a government reviewed and approved Record of Survey should be filed. | ||||
